Service Description
Tickets include a kids mug ready for painting, which will then be taken away to be fired and glazed and ready for collection at TLL 2 weeks later! As ever- tickets include 90 mins play in our play cafe. Tickets to this event are non-refundable unless they can be re-sold. Limited availability. All tickets include one accompanying adult. If you wish to bring more adults- please email to ensure capacity. Chargeable at £1.50 per adult on the day. Thankyou!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and transfers can be made up to 24 hours before your booked 'Open Play' session. Unfortunately due to staffing commitments, we cannot refund or move bookings within 24 hours of your booked session. ** All special events and parties are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable from the point of sale ** A responsible adult must supervise their attending children at all times in the play cafe. The supervising adult must ensure accompanying children use the play frame and role play huts safely, as intended, and within their ability. Please do not bring outside food & drink into the premises. We welcome many people with severe allergies and cannot maintain their safety when outside food is brought into the Café. As a small business, we rely on income from food sales to sustain our business. You are welcome to contact us to discuss any dietary requirements before your visit.
