Service Description
90 minutes of access to our clean and safe play areas, designed to provide a stimulating environment for kids to explore, learn and enjoy! Each child ticket includes one supervising adult. Babes in Arms free with older sibling. Otherwise, please book as 'Additional Adult'.

Cancellation Policy
We know life happens. Cancellations and changes can be made up to 24 hours before your booked session. Please do this via the website in the first instance. Unfortunately, due to staffing commitments, we cannot refund or amend bookings within 24 hours of your booked session. A responsible adult must supervise their attending children at all times in the play cafe and by proceeding with your booking you agree to do so. Please do not bring outside food & drink into the premises. We welcome many people with severe allergies and cannot maintain their safety when outside food is brought into the cafe.
