Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and transfers can be made up to 24 hours before your booked 'Open Play' session. Please do this via the website in the first instance. Unfortunately, due to staffing commitments, we cannot refund or amend bookings within 24 hours of your booked session. ** All special events are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable ** A responsible adult must supervise their attending children at all times in the play cafe and by proceeding with your booking you agree to do so. Please do not bring outside food & drink into the premises. We welcome many people with severe allergies and cannot maintain their safety when outside food is brought into the cafe.
